Mark Chandler was born and raised in Florence, SC, and is a 1999 Graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. After serving in the Army and then in various banking and management positions in SC and Texas, Mark became a real estate appraiser in 2006.

The Appraisal Process
An appraisal is conducted by highly-trained professionals who are certified to determine the value of a home fairly, objectively and without bias. An initial site visit is conducted to gather pertinent data of a home. With the assistance of technology and market data obtained from local real estate professionals, a real estate appraiser is then able to determine an opinion of market value of the home being appraised.
